The CareerPathways Program is a joint program with Department of Family and Community Services and Department of Industry and is a funded training opportunity for residents of Social Housing.

Our program offers part-qualification training in a supported environment – whether that be opal card top-ups, fuel vouchers or even a pair of shoes; the support service will vary depending on each individuals need. The CareerPathways program enables the ability to asses and attempt to break down barriers participants may be facing in goal of creating equal opportunity.
The CareerPathways program also offers a Work Ready Workshop that incorporates resume/cover letter writing, workplace appropriateness & resilience building. We will also conduct Mock interviews with the participants and offer constructive feedback to help gain confidence.

All participants within the program must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
·  living in housing owned and managed by NSW government (public/community/aboriginal),
·  living in crisis accommodation
·  Are homeless or at risk of homelessness
·  receiving rental assistance funded by FACS
·  on the NSW housing waiting list
·  signed out of school (17 or over)
