King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has launched the inaugural national King & Wood Mallesons Award – Contemporary Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Art Prize, to showcase and celebrate the outstanding contribution ATSI artists continue to make to Australian culture.

Expressions of Interest forms are due on 19 July 2018. Shortlisted artworks, as selected by the judging panel, will be on display from 5 September – 27 September 2018 in the Parliament’s Fountain Court, including the Reconciliation Wall. The Contemporary ATSI Art Prize and NSW Local Artist Award will be presented at the Exhibition’s showcase event on 20 September, 2018.
