In response to consultation and feedback with our NSW Sydney Regional Service Providers, the NDIA Stakeholder Engagement, Quality and Finance teams are running a series of workshops to assist Providers with the myplace portal and offer one to one technical support where needed.
Workshops will be held between 9.30am – 11.30am at Parramatta Centrelink Office, 2-12 Macquarie St Parramatta (enter via O’Connell Street).
Please go to the NDIS desk and you will be escorted to the training room.
Workshops in December will be held:
– Friday 1st December
– Friday 8th December
– Friday 15th December
Please nominate the person who is responsible for using the myplace portal in your organisation. The person attending the workshop will need to bring a laptop and wifi device to be able to login and participate in the session.
It is important to remember that the purpose of the workshop is to enhance but not replace your internal staff training and development and it is expected that your nominated staff will transfer their learnings to their work colleagues.
Note: Registered providers only are to attend.
It is expected that before you attend the workshop you will have read and familiarised yourself with the Provider Toolkit and the NDIA Price Guide (July 2017).
