UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation today launched a Registration of Interest (ROI) process, calling for submissions from individuals and organisations interested in playing a part in bringing Parramatta North’s nationally listed heritage core to life.
We have been working closely with the community on realising a new vision and place identity for what is arguable one of Western Sydney’s most unique sites. Our aim is to create a precinct that is locally contextual, globally relevant and fills unmet needs in a rapidly changing urban landscape.
UrbanGrowth NSW is looking for ideas for uses, programs, services and activities that could take place in and around buildings and public open spaces to activate this historic precinct.
Over the next three months we are seeking submissions from a range of individuals and organisations that align with the emerging vision.
Registrations are open to anyone, including start-ups or scale-up businesses, cultural heritage, arts and social enterprise groups, potential anchor users, not for profits and private sector businesses.
You could be a social or commercial enterprise, a community or volunteer group, a sole trader or an individual with a great idea.
